Application Entry Requirements :
Candidates must have Five(5) credits which must include: English Language , Mathemetics , biology , chemistry , Chemistry , Physics, in not more than two sittings in GCE or SSCE

Application form are obtainable from school on the payment of non-refundable fees of N6,000 in the bank.
Bring the bank teller to the school for collection of appkication form.
